This Privacy Policy explains what data jakjus’ LoL Cards (the “Service”, a Discord bot and companion website operated by an individual, the “Operator”) collects and how it is used. By using the Service you consent to this Policy.
We do not read, collect or store the content of your messages. For chat-based features the bot is only notified that a message occurred, never what it said. We do not collect emails, phone numbers, IP-linked identities, payment information, or any special-category personal data.
Data is used solely to operate the game: to persist your collection and progress across servers, run matchmaking and leaderboards, and prevent abuse. It is not used for advertising or profiling.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties. Your display name, rank and public collection may be visible to others on the companion website as part of normal gameplay. Card imagery is sourced from publicly available Riot Games / Leaguepedia material and is used for identification only.
Data is stored on servers controlled by the Operator. We take reasonable measures to protect it, but no system is perfectly secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Data is retained while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account data by contacting the Operator via Discord. We may also delete data at any time, including when the Service is discontinued.
The Service is not directed to anyone below the minimum age required by Discord’s Terms of Service in their jurisdiction. Do not use the Service if you do not meet that age requirement.
We may update this Policy at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
For any privacy request, contact the Operator through the Discord server where the bot is used.
