Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of jakjus’ LoL Cards (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Licence to use

The Operator grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for personal, non-commercial entertainment only. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by the Operator.

2. Virtual items have no value

Cards, Blue Essence, trophies, ranks and all other in-game items are a licence to use digital content within the Service only. They are not your property, have no monetary or real-world value, and cannot be redeemed, sold, purchased, or exchanged for money or anything of value outside the Service. The Operator may create, modify, remove, reset, or revoke any virtual item or balance at any time, for any reason, without notice or compensation.

3. Acceptable use

You agree that you will not:

• use bots, scripts, automation, macros or any means other than normal interactive play;
• exploit bugs, errors or unintended mechanics, or fail to report them;
• operate multiple or “alt” accounts to gain any advantage, or trade items between accounts you control;
• buy, sell, or trade accounts or virtual items for real-world value;
• reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, copy, or create derivative works from the Service or its data;
• disrupt, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its infrastructure;
• harass other users or violate Discord’s Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.

4. Enforcement

The Operator may, at its sole discretion and without notice or liability, suspend, ban, reset, wipe, or delete any account or data, and remove access to the Service, for any reason or no reason, including suspected breach of these Terms.

5. No warranty

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The Operator does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from data loss, and may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of it at any time without notice.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, or for any loss of data, virtual items, progress, or profits, arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service. You use the Service entirely at your own risk. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greatest extent permitted by applicable law.

7. Intellectual property

League of Legends and all related imagery, names and marks are trademarks or copyrights of Riot Games, Inc. This Service is an unofficial fan project, is not created by, affiliated with, or endorsed by Riot Games, and claims no ownership of Riot’s intellectual property. Player imagery is courtesy of Riot Games and public sources and is used for identification only.

8. Changes to the Service and Terms

The Operator may change the Service, its rules, its economy, and these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. The Operator may discontinue the Service in whole or in part at any time.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the Operator’s place of residence, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that place.
